Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Weatherford

I've never had such a bad experience with this pizza hut. I showed up behind two other groups. The hostess sat those groups and then just ignored me standing there waiting. The manager did finally come seat my group. She took our drink orders and we ordered cheese sticks through her. Our actual waitress brought our drinks and took our order. One member ordered the cup of soup and wanted it before the pizza. It never came and about the time our pizza was ready, we asked for it and she told us she couldn't get it yet. Then it came in a huge bowl with very little soup at all(as opposed to the full cup it should've been) . We asked for the cheese sticks and were told we never ordered any. She wanted to know if we wanted to order and we said there wasn't a point now. When our pizza came, one was perfect (small thin crust pepperoni). The other, however, (large meat lovers hand tossed) had the entire middle section so soaked in grease that the crust was soggy and the cheese and meat was dripping wet. It also was paper thin in the middle. It was only edible from about halfway up. Since the entire visit had been so terrible, we ate what we could instead of sending it back. I don't know that I'll be dining in here again...

This review is a humbling one for me to write. However, you gotta give credit where it’s due.

On 3/27/25 around 8pm, I ordered a pizza online. I somehow completed screwed it up. I realized what I had done upon receiving the pizza and needless to say I was extremely disappointed when I figured out what I had done. Not wanting to complain about my mistake or the pizza I think the manager there I believe his name is Anthony had noticed what I had done. I told him it would be fine. It’s my mistake and he has now reinstalled in me a little bit of faith in humanity. He wouldn’t let me leave without him fixing it because he truly wanted the customer to be happy. Because of Anthony Pizza Hut now has a lifelong customer. It was amazing what he did and I’m glad he’s managing the Pizza Hut in my town of Weatherford. Thank you Anthony. If you somehow read this. Way to go Pizza Hut for hiring...

I've never eaten at this Pizza Hut. But have been inside many times. One thing I noticed is that this restaurant is always amazingly clean. This review is for the Pizza Delivery service...! I have food delivered all the time and have had the other Pizza Guys deliver to me. By far Pizza Hut Drivers are the most professional, and always in a great mode and they deliver faster then the others..! Risking it all for the customer.. Speeding threw School and hospital zones for us. Blown through alleys and residential areas for us. Weatherford's Modern day super Hero.. If your luck guys, you might have your pizza delivered by the Pretty Girl..! Keep It...
