Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Weatherford

The fella that took my order was very friendly. I told him what I wanted to order, he rang it up and the wait time was exactly what he said. 10 minutes. A quick trip is what it was indeed. April 30, 2023, today, we made a quick trip to pick up a few pizzas for supper and it was a nightmare. We were running on a tight schedule and the timing wasn't the problem with our visit. We got some old pizza that was so horrible we just had to throw it out. The cheese in the stuffed crust was so dry that it crackled when you took a bite and the cheese was hard and felt like you were chewing a hard piece of candy. But to top it off, the guy that took the order and checked the order by opening up one of the boxes, could not tell the difference between pepperoni and the mystery meat that was on the 3 pizzas. This was the worst pizza ever. And we make a trip over there a couple of times a week and order the same 5 pizzas. I guess the next pizza meal we have will have to come from some place here in town. I am truly disappointed with this visit. September 21, 2024. Today, we took a chance on ordering pizza from here. Seeing how bad our last experience was, we just ordered 4 pizzas that were the same kind, the hot&ready pepperoni. The pizzas were done in the amount of time we were told it was going to be and the pizzas were delicious. THUMBS UP!! THANK YOU FOR UPPING YOUR GAME AND COMING...

We walked in, didn’t get acknowledged whatsoever and there was a short wait. Luckily the pizza was alright🍕

It looked like they needed some extra hands considering there was only one person working the front at the time and from what I could see only one person in the back as well.

We quickly noticed that the woman who was taking the orders seemed a little agitated while the other customer was checking out because she was asking questions about the sides and things you can buy for your food that were on display. She wasn’t rude directly towards us thankfully but we didn’t feel comfortable asking questions at that point.

After ordering our food and stepping to the side a man walked in behind us and stood there for a few minutes without being acknowledged so he walked back out and left. No “hello”, “be right with you” nothing for anyone. The Customer service was poor. The phone rang while we were there and the woman didn’t even bother looking at it, just let it continue ringing.

About a month ago I ordered here and received the wrong pizza, I tried to call them to let them know and the area manager Sasha Varnell called me in the middle of the work day and then followed up with a rude email later because I didn’t answer. It was a $6 pizza so who really cares I decided to just stop dealing with them.

I just placed another online order and went to pick it up, there was a nice employee helping me but 3 cheesy jalapeño sauces that I paid for were not in stock, they offered to replace that with marinara that you already get for FREE. They had no way to give me my money back and the senior employee on staff couldn’t have cared less.
