Robbins Pizza — Restaurant in Weathersfield Township

Today was my first time ordering from Robbins Pizza, despite driving past it nearly every day. We got a 16”, half plain cheese and half pepperoni.

Overall, it was a positive experience!

I loved that the cheese on the pizza was well cooked and a nice golden brown color, rather than just gooey and melted. Otherwise, the pizza was solid. It was a perfectly good, normal pizza that I could easily see myself ordering for a movie night or a party, when my goal isn’t to be fancy, but it’s to please the most people possible. The crust was neither thick nor thin, the pizza neither dry nor extremely greasy. Not too saucy, not too skimpy or excessive on toppings. The wait time was reasonable (35 minutes) and the order was ready when I arrived. Prices were reasonable.

I’m looking forward to giving their chicken or pasta...

I used to order from this establishment regularly. Now occasionally if at all. Sad to say I called to place a pick up order, I ordered a half sheet of pizza (had to check for dough), ordered fries (she huffed and puffed and said it’s gonna be forever because I have no fries currently) I agreed to wait the already extended wait time, so I finally ordered a chicken philly, 1st asked to hold because they might not have chicken… I had other items for a large order for a party. The woman came back to the phone said can I take your order I said you’ve started my order I was on hold… she said hello are you there and hung up!! Terrible customer service. The facility itself is disgusting. Sad to say a “good hometown establishment” was ran into the ground. I understand being out of ingredients fine but don’t be rude...

Used to frequent the "restaurant" for several years when I lived in Niles. Went there recently and they messed up our order. The one with an extremely gruff personality took down my phone number and said I had a free pizza coming to me. 2 weeks later when I tried ordering it, she said they don't have my number down and I'd have to talk to the manager. Her response to my question, when is he/she going to be in was to hang up the phone and not answer again. Nasty attitude and the place is really run down and dirty...
