Belleria Pizza & Italian Restaurant Niles — Restaurant in Weathersfield Township

UPDATE: After writing my review I had an owner respond that the prices were fair and then, even posted items they sold they claimed were cheaper than other restaurants. 1st, Papa Johns has a Monday AND Tuesday large 1-topping pizza special for $7.99 (I paid almost 11 for a small 1-topping pizza from Bellaria). There's more I could say about much better prices at other restaurants but I won't; I'll simply say this owner needs to do some research. 2nd, it wasn't just about price, it was about product and this pizza was not good. I read two other reviews within the last six months and others complained like I did (very little cheese, poor quality, if not burnt food). Again, this owner needs to do some research. Last, I understand I don't have to tip anyone and there was no issue concerning this. I just voiced my opinion about tipping folks in certain capacities because it appears a lot really do feel "entitled" to this nowadays (guess it's just a pet peeve of mine). So yes, no problem about not tipping, the problem was about the price and their product (and please do not tell me that you weren't making a profit on a small pizza when you were selling it for $6 (or when Papa John's is still selling it for $7.99, and as stated, that does include one topping) cause I know better. Would have been much better had the owner responded and simply said, Sorry you had a bad experience (making excuses is never good when a customer complains; it makes them feel like customer satisfaction isn't really your goal...) so I stand by my initial review!

Had a menu that advertised Mon special 12" pizza for $6...got there n was told it was almost $11. Only added peppers so it shouldn't have been $5 more. Guy told me they only had Facebook specials now but when I looked on Facebook I saw none. He also said inflation increased their prices but that was almost double. I know what it cost to make a pizza n for almost $11 I'd expect lots of cheese n well, the pizza wasnt anything Id order again. Also, what is it with people NOT serving others expecting tips? I was a bartender. I busted my behind waiting on my customers, refilling their drinks, getting more ice, running to the kitchen to get their food. Thats who gets tipped not some guy who hands u a pizza box! This has gotten out of hand! Ill not return to Belleria esp after asking for a new menu that had no prices! Obviously they plan on jacking up their prices...

There is no Belleria like the Belleria on the north side I just moved to Niles area and I assumed it was a name I could trust LOL no the pizza looked like someone punched it in the middle of the face and it was actually sweet compared to others in the franchise even though they're independently owned not to mention my wife and I were both dealing with messed up stomachs afterward and it was a one hour wait do yourself a favor and order some Chuck E cheese over the Niles Belleria anytime :-( PS forgot to mention there was nowhere to park so my wife and I parked in front of a seemingly innocent Cookie Shop next door LOL and an SUV pulled up next to us and with a very speculative looking older white lady and she seemed to be very cautious bordering fearful of our 2023 Mazda cx50 and our presence she repeatedly locked her car once she had gotten inside her store and she even came back to lock the glass doors just looking at me through my windshield as if studying me she also went around the corner on the phone whilst looking at me LMAO just not sure about...

kind of like thee worst place ever.. I work at at nearby hotel and refer this place to many guest ...however EVERY single time I order they forget items like Tarter sauce with my fish dinner this time cold fries..and their Salad is literally a bed of lettuce 1 grape tomatoe and 1 very small sliced cucumber and also forgot ranch dressing ....soooo when i called immediately after noticing for them to bring me my forgotten items he chuckled and said ok...now ive been waiting for 40 minutes for tarter sauce and ranch dressing..so at this point i decided to call back the rude guy who is apprently the manger told me " he don't kno what I want him to do there is only 1 delivery guy and i'm not the only one who ordered food"....REALLY!!!!! poor customer service never ever again will I recommend ANY guest there Again..... not even a hey next delivery fee waived NOTHING....BAD BUSINESS AND I WILL PASS THIS ALONG TO MY CO WORKERS SOO THEY GET NO BUISNESS FROM US!!! ...
