I bought a metal building and the installers didn't show up until 6pm. The next day they asked me where to install the five windows I ordered. I said right where the drawing shows on the end of the building. They said there is not a wall there. I said the wall is the end of the building so of course there is a wall. They said they would have to come back the next week because they didn't have the material needed. They were supposed to be back on Monday and didn't show up until Wednesday. They left here with both of my roll up doors not working properly and a window with a broken seal. I told them I had insulation being installed in two weeks and the window had to be replaced before then. I called the day before and they said they couldn't make it. We are so happy with the shed with a loft that I bought from Jannsen's two summers ago. It's the perfect size for our small property, and the loft has been great for storing all of our extra stuff. The shed is also very well-built, and we're confident that it will last for many years.
