Horrible! Never told me they don’t so screen print and that it’s vinyl. When doing a shirt with a large print it would be nice to know that. Was super unhappy with the shirts so that was $44 down the drain because they don’t do refunds. Went to go to a new place and asked if they could send me the pda file because it was my design but apparently because the design I sent them was a screenshot of a picture she had to do some work to make it look good or whatever so they will not send me the PGA file so I can get the shirts made somewhere else. They don’t care if their customers are happy or unhappy as long as they make their money it seems and when you text the lady about issues, she takes forever to even text you back or even reply to your question. Do not recommend at all unless you want that plastic print of your cloths. And yes I have found a place that will do the 4 shirts I need doing it in screen print and charging me $14-$20 a shirt and I have no problem paying the mo why. As for you saying doing them in a week? I never gave a time frame on when I needed them by. I told you when the event is 8/16/25 and said as long as I have them before that. Everyone was really nice and I feel bad giving them one star, but it was just so bad. I could’ve done better with a Cricut. The shirts I ordered were a mess. They distorted my design and changed the proportions. They also changed the color noticeably. There were white edges all around like when a little kid tries to cut out a picture. One of the hats just broke their equipment I guess?? so I didn’t get them back. I dropped off ten articles to get samples made and not a single one was good enough to use. I really wish they were good because they seem like great people. Buyer beware...

This business is designated as a FedEx shipping/drop off center. I stopped over to drop off a package with a prepaid FedEx label. I was told they accept prepaid labels, but needed to charge me a fee because FedEx charges the business a fee to visit. I called FedEx and I was told this was untrue, no fee is charged and the location is scheduled for daily visits. FedEx scheduled a free pickup at my home.
