If you ever order from here, make sure that you repeat everything you ask for AT LEAST twice, because if they make an error, they will do absolutely nothing to fix it for you. My mother and I have been ordering the tender chicken dinners here for many years. It is all we order from here. We've gotten the pizza a few times but it's always mushy and the crust is bland. If you're looking for great pizza in the area, there are other much better options like Lake Pizza or Northeast. Anyways, we called to place an order for 2 chicken dinners today, like we always do, but when the food arrived, only one of the chicken dinners was there. We called to complain and the worker on the other end claimed falsely that I had ordered a "side" of chicken tenders instead of two dinners. Here's the issue: the word "side" never even came out of my mouth. Instead of fixing the issue by offering to drop off the missing fries and salad, the worker continued to insist that I had used the word side, even though I had not. The worker finally offered to drop off an order of fries which cost an extra $7.49. We had already paid $25.75 for the 2 meals, why would we pay another $7.49 for fries that we were supposed to get in the first place? To say we are highly dissatisfied with the service we received would be a massive understatement. If they are that cheap about a small portion of fries and salad, one can imagine they'd be the same way if they messed up something more costly. Chris Robert is an eminent and respected member of the Webster community and is one of the kindest people you'll ever meet. You know if he gives a poor review, there is merit to what he says. He is spot on about everything he said in his review regarding the poor quality of service provided by Webster House of Pizza. We also will never be ordering from here again....
Read moreI recently had a very disappointing experience with Webster House of Pizza. I went in person to place a takeout order and specifically asked for a large BBQ Chicken pizza ($20.75). After waiting around 20 minutes, I was handed a Buffalo Chicken pizza instead. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize the mistake until I got home and started eating. The pizza was extremely oversalted—so much so that it was practically inedible. I ended up having to throw it away, which was very frustrating. What makes this worse is that I suspect they may have given me something they already had made, rather than preparing what I actually ordered. It felt like they were just trying to offload an unusable item. Also, I was surprised to see a 20% tip automatically included in the price. There was no table service or delivery involved—just a cashier handing me a box—so that added charge felt unjustified. On a more positive note, the cashier was polite, and the chicken itself (aside from the saltiness) seemed to be decent quality. But overall, I left feeling disappointed and...
Read moreFirst, I will say I miss your good quality food.! Unfortunately, your delivery girl you send to my house, ruins the whole experience. I used to get a delivery order from you 1-2 days a week. Your delivery girls show up with an extremely unwelcoming personality, no greeting and the worst part. Is I give her a 30 percent tip every time, on top of your delivery charge. NEVER once got a thank you!!! In fact, she made me feel like I was not giving her enough! I was in the service business for over thirty years! A please and thank you go a long way! There are plenty other pizza choices in the area. Lastly us people who have worked very hard to live close to the lake. Does not mean we are all extremely wealthy, which seems to be the mentality of downtown business. Please scrap...
