Cedar Lanes — Local services in Weed

I would give our experience a 0 star if I could. I went to my great nephews fifth birthday party. My niece reserved lanes in advance with more than adequate notice. ($300) We arrived they had no birthday room for us, No big deal we set up on the main floor. We waited 45 minutes for shoes and food orders bc they only had 2 wait staff personnel (on a Saturday) No big deal everyone is short staffed right? We had 3 games, 3 lanes. We stared 2 lanes for everyone who was there and kept one pending for the those coming in a bit. Both lanes had issues. They switched the lanes. The manger came out and was literally trying to physically intimidate my niece infront of her 5 year old son and family!!! He said we paid for minutes, when she tried explaining he literally got in her face. They had technical issues, no big deal. This manager however was completely inappropriate and ruined a 5 year...

Nice place, could be a great spot- except for the Absolutely Terrible customer service. I reserved three lanes several days in advance for my son’s birthday. When we arrived, the extremely unwelcoming staff refused to store our ice cream (unopened store bought) to keep it cold, saying it would contaminate their food. ? Then, another member of the staff also refused to let our guests pay for their own bowling shoes, insisting that we have it all put on one bill at the end. ? The lanes we were using kept shutting down during our games… And the general attitudes of all but one employee, were incredibly rude. Hope the owners find some...

We showed up at 4pm on a Thursday thinking there wouldn’t be anyone there, and we were wrong! The lady behind the counter put us down for a 6pm reservation, in which we showed up five minutes prior ready to bowl. Unfortunately the new lady who just got in mentioned the morning girl overbooked (like the two families waiting in line before us as well), and it would be another 45 minute wait. Not her fault, but you can count us out from visiting this place again.
