Full disclosure, I'm in the pizza business and I'm highly critical of other pizza shops. I've spoken to friends who love this place. I wasn't thrilled. I ordered a large pie, extra cheese, extra sauce. The large pie had extra cheese. The cheese was acceptable. Not bad, not great. Standard. The crust didn't excite me. I thought it very bland. The pie did not have extra sauce as ordered. Too bad, I thought the sauce was the best tasting part of the pizza! I had asked on the phone how many pieces the pie would be cut into. I was told 10 and that was a good number. However, the pie wasn't actually cut all the way through and I had to tear the pieces off. This was frustrating. It was only me , so the next thing didn't matter but it's a huge professional peeve if mine. The slices weren't uniform. There was poppa pieces and baby pieces... A couple pieces were a third the size of the larger pieces! If I was sharing, I would have been very frustrated. I'll probably try this place again next year when I return to give them a second chance. Hoping for a better...

Cash only! Pizza just ok, not much sauce, lots of pineapple but so much juice the crust was soggy on regular pizza. Asked about gluten free but they are not educated. Use same ladle in sauce that they smear all over bread and crust and back into sauce to contaminate it with no idea how to work around it. I had to suggest getting fresh sauce from main container and use clean spoon. Guy at counter practically ignored us initially and actually walked away from us. Had to wait for him to come back to place an order. He did not seem to be doing anything else. Managers there as 3 of them were interviewing new applicants. Poor quality applicants as they were letting their kids run wild, not dressed for interview and one shut the door on me. Even with all the managers, no one cared that the tables and benches were dirty. Very noisy. I do a lot of 5 star reviews but this...

We’ve literally been sending people here for nearly 2 years on a daily basis. Can’t do it in good faith any longer. The inconsistent quality and lack of service is inexcusable. Tonight was the final straw. We ordered an extra large pepperoni & olive pizza with 24 pc Buffalo wings. Picked it up and took it home to discover we got an extra large pepperoni (no olives) with a side of breadsticks. Called in and told them that they screwed up our order. Drove back to get the corrected order and waited 45 minutes to get the wrong order. Again. We got the correct pizza, but only got 10 piece wings with bbq sauce instead of 24 pc with Buffalo. When we called in (again) we were told to call the manager on Tuesday (it’s Friday!) between 11-4pm and that it was OUR fault because WE ordered the wrong thing.

Yeah. We ordered something we didn’t...

We're from Georgia travelling by car from Oregon and happened upon this place while in awe of the gorgeous snow capped peaks of Mt. Shasta. The pizza was wonderful with a crispy yet chewy crust that you expect from a properly prepared pizza. We ordered the Shasta and it lived up to the name as we were in awe of its flavor. Thanks for filing up some hungry out of state travelers. Sadly the pizza back home is mostly awful.

Pizza: really good and fresh. They have build your own options, hand tossed pizza, yum... Pricey, a medium pizza (12”) in diameter cost $15-19 depends on your choice of toppings. If the price a bit better, I would give it a 5! Service: the place is nice and clean, everyone works there are friendly and helpful. We ordered & take out so we can eat while swimming at the hotel nearby.
