DO NOT SCHEDULE A TOUR using their online portal. Despite having an appointment here and after receiving several confirmations via text that the appointment was confirmed, we showed up to an active construction site with no clear signage of where the leasing office is. THIS BUILDING IS NOT READY. There is no leasing office presence.
A kind construction worker guided us to the trailer with the construction management team who had no idea and shared that people have started showing up to view the apartment but no one from leasing is present.
We’ve been calling and leaving messages for weeks now and no one picks up or returns messages.
Shame on Greystar. Having prospective residents show up to a hardhat construction site is a massive liability. I tried calling the corporate office to let them know to take down the tour request portal but obviously no one picks up that number either.
Sad because it genuinely looks like a nice building.
EDIT: I called the number that's provided by the business as a reply to this review and it goes to a centralized call center. Don't bother calling it because they don't have all the information either. Estuary at the Reserve is a mess before it even opens up. They had an opportunity to course correct after my review and this is not how...
Read moreFrom the moment I moved into The Reserve at Estuary, I knew I found something special. The location on Harbor Boulevard delivers an unbeatable blend of serenity and city-proximity — you’re right on the Hudson with stunning Manhattan skyline views, yet tucked away in the welcoming neighborhood of Weehawken.
Stepping into my residence, I was impressed by the thoughtful finishes: floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with light, spacious closets that actually hold everything, and a modern kitchen that makes cooking feel like a joy, not a chore.
The amenities at The Reserve truly elevate everyday life. Between the rooftop lounge with panoramic views, the resort-style pool deck, coworking pods, and the well-equipped fitness center, this place makes it easy to live well without ever needing to leave home.
Moreover, the neighborhood around the building is equally delightful — you’re walking distance to Whole Foods, local restaurants, and the waterfront walkway for peaceful evening strolls or...
Read moreI can’t say enough good things about my experience at The Reserve at Estuary, especially thanks to Andro Apacible and Cora Murray. From the very beginning, they patiently explained everything until I fully understood, showed me all the convenient spots around the neighborhood, and most importantly, really listened to my concerns and needs. For example, I mentioned I was interested in group classes, and before I knew it, Andro had brought in pilates! That kind of attentiveness and responsiveness is rare, and it has made me feel more confident every day about my decision to move here.
On top of that, the location couldn’t be better; you’re only 5 minutes from the ferry, the NYC bus stops right in front of the building, and the area is both peaceful and very walkable. If you’re still doubting it, take this as your sign not to— moving here has been one of the best...
