DO NOT ORDER ICON TOOL BOXES FROM THIS LOCATION!!! Ordered a very large set up from the store and was told 2-3 weeks for delivery. 3 months pass, they eventually tell me to stop calling and they will contact me when they have information. Finally! A estimated delivery date. Three weeks from current day due to the TERRIBLE delivery company (ryder) they have contracted to deliver. Had to wait extended time because of my “rual” location. Had to call again and manager Andy had a second party company come deliver it next day, great thanks Andy. Truck shows up and they forgot my locker! A $1500 price of my locker. Immediately call and no one had any idea what is going on, I’m told to just wait and see what happens. Can’t believe so many people singed off on my package being delivered missing a critical part. Call back again after days of no response, they say they are having it “expedited” month in a half later go by, people stop answering the phones there or just stop answering my calls, who knows. Get a ETA text from Ryder, eta delivery in TWO weeks from date, all because my rual location again, only to find it’s been sitting in their location for two weeks prior to get a big enough delivery together for my area. 15 minuets from store location. Call Andy again he gets it pushed up to the following week, great. Delivery team comes out, drives in my yard, won’t get out of the truck till my dog is put up then DROPS THE 500 sum pound locker from the box truck into my truck bed and dropped the other side of the locker into my truck. They burn out just after i take a look to make sure it’s not bent. They get away this time, VERY unprofessional especially for the money of the product. Read moreNeeds to have zero stars horrible customer service. I tried returning a well pump that we purchased an extended warranty on. First time i went in they could not find the warranty information online and said i had to call customer service to get it replaced. I comained to manager that i would have to be without the well pump for several weeks waiting on their refund check. He said he would swap it out but needed to see receipt. So i drove 1 1/2 hours 1 way the next day to pick up the receipt from our cabin. I brought it back a few days later and adifferent manager is there who refused to.
