CALLED IN.....WAITED OVER 25 MIN FOR SOMEONE TO HELP.... NOTHING!!!! NEVER EVEN AUTO-TRANSFERED TO ANOTHER DEPARTMENT. IF THIS IS SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I WOULD HATE TO SEE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
