They were so rude I had an appointment for my mother and I for a covid test at 3:40 and we didn’t leave till 5:30 but there was only three cars ahead of us. We went to the drive thru cuz that’s where it’s placed and the lady that was there had given us each a bag with a covid test inside. She had given us instructions about how to take our covid test as we opened the bag. Now everything was going fine until she had yelled at me and my mother multiple times saying “your not doing it right, don’t do that, wait until ur told “ and “u need gloves to take this and they’re in the bag”(was not in the bag) When I had opened a bag a certain way to get the items she was telling me to get, she would yell at me. As rude as she was being I wasn’t being rude I continued to talk to her nicely and after all that she’s still being rude at both of us. I don’t understand how some of your workers find the need to start being rude and yell at customers when some of us are talking to you nicely and just trying to do things right and yes my mother was lost and I helped her but the lady was constantly yelling saying I couldn’t help her it’s not my mother fault she sometimes don’t understand certain things and that’s why I’m here to help her but when a worker starts telling us these things and being rude it’s like for what? Like we’re not yelling at u or being rude back or doing it on purpose. Each covid testing site is different so they each have a different way of teaching u depending what you are given...

While CLOCKED IN and within the store, she chose to pretend the order was hers since it was for Perla yet obviously not hers. She Chose to go to her Bronco vehicle and eat 2 meals, that with fees it is $35 delivery. This is not an order mix up, or a stroke of luck, she intentionally went to her vehicle to hide her theft. She did not reimburse my friend the $35 and the meals where slobbered. Just because something has your name on 'it DOES NOT indicate it is yours to take. We must guide ourselves with righteous principles, doing onto others as we want to be treated. Management told us "everyone is allowed to make mistakes". What kind of mistakes? Stealing and get caught mistakes? Taking what is not yours mistakes? NO! People need to be held ACCOUNTABLE, she represents CVS wearing CVS logo, clocked in, within the building. Very shameful indeed, reprehensible, and shocking she had the audacity to say "they won't do anything to me", meaning no consequences. Why should my Coworker and I, wonder where our food is, loose money for someone's greed? WHY. It...

My wife went to pick up the meds and she was given several meds except my son's cough med becausethey hadnt received the prescription for it. I had to go to the doctor next day asking for the ticket or proof. I got the proof and I sent to my wife (I had to work). She was told by another employee yes they had received the prescription but their phaacist forgot to tell my wife the med wasn't gonna be ready till Friday afternoon. She went again Fri afternoon, now she was told meds will arrive till Monday. I went myself today Monday asking for my son's meds "well is cuz it's a holiday so we didn't get anything delivered till tomorrow". We'll then why is that we were told Monday??
