Pizza Xpress Weslaco La Pizza Perfecta — Restaurant in Weslaco

I have been buying pizza to go from here for the past 2 yrs and it has always been great, until today. We placed our order and waited over 15 minutes, was so hungry and couldn't wait to eat so opened box to grab a slice, expecting to see a very hot pizza, instead it was cold and soggy, so took it back to get a new/fresh one. Well a guy in the back preparing them was very rude immediately started telling me things such as: We don't need clients like you, get the hell outta here, and when I told him that all I wanted was what I paid for: a fresh pizza, he started getting louder and violent saying, what are you gonna do about it, I'll take care of you outside. Female manager finally came out from back office and intervened trying to shut him up, but he kept yapping and I called the police to file charges, but nothing was really done there and manager said he would be dealt with - Whatever! We will NEVER go there again!! Oh and manager gave me another pizza, but it was just as bad as the 1 I returned, so I guess the cook must have prepared them way ahead of a rush that never happened and decided to sell those to the customers that...

Stopped by for the first time to try it out since I'm not to much of a pizza person I saw they had tortas also so I was like this is a plus cause it's alway hard for us to decide on a place to eat. Order a pizza it was delicious but we also order a torta the lady on the register didn't seem to care to be to happy to tell us what was on the torta so my partner didn't hear that this torta had mayo so I got up to see if they can remake my order with out the mayo the lady that took are order said they weren't going to remake it since I had just asked for no jalapeño but she didn't even make it clear that it had mayo so the manager came to talk to me said she wasn't going to remake it cause she would lose money I told her this was are first time trying this place and we didn't understand what was on the torta she told us finally that she will remake are torta like I was seriously disappointed on the way they acted instead of just remaking it. The pizza was delicious and the wings were nice and crispy just didn't like that the lady was such in a hurry then to explain to...

I use too love this place now I only like this place so I gave it a 1 star for several reasons I went to go eat there with my wife and kids mind you we were super hungry . Ok we ordered a pizza and wings and a torta . Tell me why they bought us our wings right away , then 45mins past by no pizza or torta so I got up to ask about my rest of my order so came out that never made my order , okay I was like just give me a refund for the rest of the order . Just to charge me for the wings but unfortunately that they couldn't give me a refund 😞 was like why because I paid with a card . Then after awhile told they could but that it would take 7 days for a refund now 10days in no refund so my lost ... Sad that they lost a good...
