After a bad experience at another local box in the area, I found myself at Dog's where I had the honor of meeting and being coached by Jaime "Dog" and Ruben. My first day at the box it was noticeable what these two individuals had to offer as crossfit athletes/coaches. Walking in with poor technique, form, and suffering from constant back pain, a month in this box fixed all my problems and I have seen amazing progess as an athlete and person. Not only have these two individuals made me a better athlete, but have helped and push me to be a better person. It has been a pleasure getting to know these two individuals at a personal level. I am not viewed nor treated as just part of business, Dog and Ruben have made me feel and treated me like family.
