Please read the reviews before bringing your devices here. I brought my iPad here September of 2022... almost TWO years ago and picked it up about two weeks ago. I wasn't sure whether to write a review but I feel as though I should so others know what to expect when coming here. Initially I brought it because it wasn't charging. They said it was the charging port. Not long after I picked it up a few minutes passed and it shut down and restarted. It continuously did that. The day after, I took it back and they said it was the "mother board". They confidently said it was an easy fix and i left it. Weeks turned into months and within that time i would occasionally call asking for updates. I never put any pressure because i wanted them to take their time and do it right not rushed and worst. As time passed it was harder to get ahold of someone. I told them from the get-go many times that i understood if it couldn't be fixed, but to let me know that way i can find someone else. Finally July of 2024 i went in person and asked for it back. I knew it wouldn't be ready but i didn't want them to keep it and use it for parts. It was stored away collecting dust and unassembled so i came back later. I tried turning it on to see how bad they left it and it doesn't let me get past putting the password in. Once i put the password in it tries to retrieve all the memories then restarts again. What upsets me the most is that i'm sure he knew long before almost two years he wasn't going to be able to fix it. He left it worst than i gave it to him. It NEVER used to shut down and restart until i took it here. I told him that and he basically called me a liar. He said all updates and issues save on the system and he can see it stared since before i took it. i would use this iPad daily there's no way hes going to tell me he didn't make it worst. ITS THE HUSBAND AND THE WIFE IS THE ONE THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE. FIRST SHE TELLS YOU ALL NICE ONCE YOU HAVE A PROBLEM SHE EITHERS YELLS AT YOU AND SUCK IT IN OR TELLS YOU TO GO ELSE WHERE ! THEY PUT A CHEAP BATTERY AND THE BATTERY WOULD CHARGE AT TIMES AND MOST OF THE TIME IT WOULDNT WHICH I UNDERSTAND BECAUSE CHARGING PORT WAS MESSED UP. WHAT I TOLD HIM ITS THAT WHEN IT CHARGES BATTERY GOES UP CERTAIN PERCENTAGE THEN GOES DOWN. THEN IT ALSO HEATS UP REALLY HOT. HE TOLD ME TO BRUNG IT BACK GIVE HIM 2HRS. SO I LEFT CAME BACK THIS GUY JUST PLUGGED IN AND HOW I SAID IT CHARGES SO HE DIAGNOSTIC. WAS IT WORKS WITH ME ITS FINE I CANT DO NOTHING WHICH I HAVE PICS AND VIDS NOT WORKING. AFTER SPEAKING TO HIM HIS WIFE CALLS YELLING AND TELLING THAT IF I AM A TECHNICIAN AND IF I KNOW MUCH ABOUT PHONES THAT WHY DIDNT I CHANGE THE BATTERY MYSELF AND THST HER HUSBAND IS THE MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE TECH IN THE VALLEY BLAH BLAH BLAH AND TOLD ME TO GO ELSEWHERE OR IF NOT TO TAKE IT BUT THEYLL CHARGE 25 TO CHECK IT KNOWING THERE...
Read moreDon’t pay anything unless you want your money hostage. They never touched my phone while waiting for a battery. Ended up wanting to cancel & willing to pay for the battery. The Spanish speaking woman was pushy and claimed things that were never explained, no signs on the wall for a cancellation process, nothing- not even a receipt. Initially told I’d get no refund. She agreed to possibly refund some but would never give a clear answer if they would or how much until after 7 days. She never called after the 7 days like they said they would. Charged $79 for the service (battery replacement + part) and fraudulently $10 in ”taxes”. I would NOT do business here if I were you. Got most of my refund after threatening a police report and the BBB to the husband on one...
