Scathing Review: Unsafe, Unsanitary, and Unacceptable
I cannot believe the state of this fast food restaurant’s kids’ play park — it’s downright disgusting and dangerously neglected. The moment you step into the play area, you’re hit with a warm, humid stench of mildew and grease. The air conditioning isn’t working properly, creating a suffocating, sticky environment that practically breeds mold, mildew, and potentially harmful fungi.
The play tunnels and slides are coated in grime, with mold clearly growing in the seams and joints. The smell is foul, the surfaces are slick with grease, and it’s obvious no proper cleaning or sanitizing has been done in ages. The foam flooring is a tripping hazard, with broken and missing pieces throughout, and the remaining tiles are so grease-logged and moldy that I wouldn’t let a child walk barefoot on them, let alone crawl or play.
Even more alarming are the filthy air intakes — visibly packed with grease and dust — and signs of leaking and condensation throughout the area. This isn’t just gross; it’s dangerous. Mold exposure in children can cause respiratory issues, allergic reactions, skin irritation, and long-term health complications. Mold thrives in warm, humid, poorly ventilated environments — exactly the conditions in this playroom.
This facility is a health hazard masquerading as a family-friendly space. If management cares at all about children's safety, they need to shut this play area down immediately for a full professional cleaning, mold remediation, and HVAC overhaul. When placing the order the lady seemed rushed because she kept trying to give him the total when he was still ordering.. Next we pull up to window where you are charges, the girl them starts to repeat the order. Red Flag she started repeating the order " you had a #x with curly fries" and 8 pc chicken nuggets? Umm no we are not at Jack In The Box or McDonalds.. Ok she repeats its again, got it right.. So we get to the window the guy basically threw the bags at us and no receipt of course... SO Im checking the bags and everything is thrown on top of each other.. Looked right.. Got home and of course something was missing.. We ordered a hershey pie and of course wasnt there.. So i called and called.. Now i see why the phone was busy was off the hook for 2 days.. No way they can have that many calls to be busy the entier time.. Or they know people will be calling back.. never got through. Wont be back either.. we will drive to la feria.. So who ever got a free pie your welcome.. I mean i get it its fast food.. But slow down read and double check the orders before sending them out.. that is why the orders go through so many stations before you.. Read moreI just had a horrible experience here I ordered for the whole family so that came up to $52 plus cents and they forgot my Whopper and my junior Whopper and I was in a ride so I could not go back for it and I live in Mercedes and this was in weslaco so I called the restaurant and explained that they did not give me my Whopper and my junior Whopper and the lady told me to wait and then she came back on the phone and she proceeded to tell me that no they had put the Whopper in I was just missing the junior Whopper and I told her ma'am I just spent a lot of money there I'm telling you that I am missing a Whopper and a junior Whopper and she hung up on me and I keep calling the restaurant and they are not answering this is very bad customer service I spend a lot of money I sent an email to Burger King customer service they cannot be treating customers like this someone needs to fire that lady....
