I went here after a lack of customer service elsewhere. Noelia was super nice. Always attentive to my needs. She gave us space to try the mattress yet was always near to answer our questions. My entire family felt welcomed, assured, and as valued customers. She let me know of various methods of payment,, and all the items they carry.. happy to say We did make a purchase. Only thing to comment is the price was a tiny bit elevated compared to the other store we visited, however, they offered free and fast delivery. I guess for that, AND great customer service, I didnt mind paying a tiny bit more. Ill definitely go back when I'm in need of additional housewares. My exact rating...
