HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! HORRIBLE WORK!! OVERPRICED!! BY HUMBERTO, 'OWNER". He LACKS professionalism & He forgot that he's running a "bussiness". I ordered a corsage & boutineer 2 weeks ago for prom, pick up time was supposed to be on 05/08/25 @ 2:30, Mind you I get to the flowershop at 2:50, just to learn Humberto the "OWNER", had done my order 1 week prior! And gets hostile with me & he tries blaming me for the receipt not having a pick up date on it! Last time I checked I'm the customer, I ordered through you,the "owner'.Plus he was very aggressive and told me to shut up, and according to him he called me, which it's a bunch of lies. He said he would work on my order and he would have it in 5 minutes, I agreed to it, I had no choice, 20 minutes later he had my stuff according to him ready , I started pointing out some stuff that he was missing. It wasn't like the picture I had showed him 2 weeks back, he yanked the corsage from my hands violently and he proceeds on yelling at me that he's not a perfectionist and that that's all he could do for me and threw my corsage in its box. 2 more customers walked in the flower shop and I asked him why was he rude? And of course I'm going to be upset because I put in my order 2 weeks ago! Not yesterday, I gave him plenty of time to work on my order, I over payed for the corsage $70.00 , and he did a horrible job in those 20 minutes that he made me waste out of my time. It's missing a few things plus ribbon, and he chose some dead flowers to my corsage. Sadly I was a first time customer in there, and for him to treat females that way is wrong on his behalf, I'm pretty sure he wouldn't treat a male that way. Read moreI do not recommend this place. I ordered a White Cross with red roses for a funeral and specifically requested a photo of the arrangement once it was completed. Later that day, I followed up via text to remind them to send the photo. The man responded, saying he wasn’t able to get a picture before the drop-off but assured me that it turned out really nice.
However, at the funeral, I discovered they had made a completely different arrangement—not the cross I ordered and paid for. While the arrangement was nice, it was not what I requested. The White Cross with red roses was so beautiful, and it was what I really wanted the family to see and remember during this difficult time. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a funeral, where the arrangement holds deep meaning for the grieving family and attendees.

I paid $75 a few days before my grandmother’s birthday online for a beautiful bouquet. On her birthday she didn’t mention anything about the flowers so I called the shop at 4:30 pm their time (2:30 mine) and they said they were just putting them on the delivery truck to go out. It seemed awfully late but I let it go. Days later my grandmother still didn’t mention the flowers so I asked her about them. I then found out no flowers had ever been delivered to her home.
I called the flower shop numerous times and I left a very professional voicemail asking about the mixup and for a call back. They never answered or returned any of my phone calls.
