I live in Mission and have never eaten in Weslaco, I asked someone for a breakfast recommendation restaurant. The lady recommended Sevilla Cafe. Should have not listened to her. The food was awful! I ate huevos rancheros, with cubed fried potatoes ( about 5 to 6 pieces had blackened disgusting rotting) The beans were greasy, and the eggs with salsa were bland. They probably use the cheapest eggs posible. The coffee tasted burned 🔥 and the flour tortilla ( they only gave me one) was terribly unbeatable. It was tasteless and hard. You would think they would make good tortillas being a Mexican Cafe. The corn tortillas were cold and tasteless. Do not recommend! You find rotten potatoes and very low quality food and expect to have the meal compt, however no. I was charged for the eggs and the burnt tasting coffee. Never go...

I would just like to seevmanagement overseeing the...
Read moreStopped in for breakfast. Coffee is very average. Tortillas were tough and dry. Refritos were very salty, couldn't eat much. Heuvos Ranchero eggs were very undercooked, (asked for medium) salsa was very juicy. Toast was not much toasted and cold. Wouldn't melt butter. The American fried potatoes were wonderful cuz I asked for them crispy. (I had earlier seen almost uncooked potatoes going by to other diners.) These potatoes are deep fried, not grilled like their hashbrowns. 🙄 Table service was very good and attentive. Prices were average. I spent $15 on the...
