Low quality for high prices. Disappointed. The service was ok … the experience was basic school photographer. The product disappointing . Pros efficient, basic studio portraits $55 sitting fee and online gallery. Cons: expensive , the online gallery watermark is so large and intrusive you cannot tell the photo isn’t in focus. The quality control department apparently cannot either . $35 for a printed 8x10 without even basic editing. When they under expose your portraits in studio you will get them printed and delivered underexposed . That happened 3 years ago lesson learned there, now I know about the oof ones too . The shipping is $15 for cheap black-envelope with a basic white mailer. Postage cost 1.76 overall after spending nearly $200 I have 3 printed photos one of which is out of focus . Several of the photos couldn’t be printed into an 8x10 due to too tight of a capture taken . What I mean is the cap in the cap and gown photo or the honors cord would be cut off awkwardly . Overall dissatisfied wouldn’t recommend but I know you and every other parent have no choice but to use them - or have your child not be in...
Read more4 years in a row my children's (3 of them at 2 different schools, mind you) are always terrible. It is as if there is no staff making sure the kids sit properly, and angle their face well. My daughter's hair was a disaster, and pulled back behind her, my son's chin was so high you cant see his hair, and my other son is slouching so horribly he looks deformed. Do you not hire staff to make sure kids sit up straight, look at the camera??? You all dont treat these kids like they're yours. You treat them like a number and "next, next next" just to get your paycheck. Don't even offer retakes in your reply, because I've tried retakes, they are also terrible. They're just as bad. Its your photographer and staff that don't take their time to adjust the kids and angles to photograph well. I spend hours gwtting them ready for picture day, fixing their hair, picking their outfits, a good photographer wants to make their client shine. Id be happy to spend $$$$$ at your business if you did a decent job. Woodside photography ALWAYS did an amazing job. The schools can only afford this awful business I guess. You get what...
Read morePhotographer was disinterested in what I had to say regarding style of pictures. Sales Rep Kendra was understanding that I only wanted a few pictures. The prices are extremely outrageous! She allowed my husband who could not be present to view all the pictures before making finale submission. However, when we called back less than an hour later, the first person we spoke with said, "There was no one by the name Kendra". The second phone call, a bit after an hour of having the pictures taken was down right rude. Did not listen to me trying to explain Kendra was expecting my call tonight. Kept repeating it takes 24 hours for review only to be hung up on. She did relay the message to Kendra because Kendra did graciously call me back. I was ready to cancel the order all together. $380 for 6 photos on USB drive. No prints whatsoever. And this Doesn't include the $75 sitting fee I made to book the appointment. These are the pictures that go in the yearbook. I realize now I should I have asked what my other options were, but didn't know I would be dealing with a fast-food type mentality on my son's...
