I wish I could give zero stars. I am still in pain from walking into this place almost 2 weeks ago. I left crying in pain. I walked in and the man took me to his table and instantly started cutting my nails off. RED FLAG! what if I want my long nails? Then after cutting the first few down he asked what shape do you want? I was caught off guard and just said ummm the shape they were. He then instead of soaking my dip off gets out a nail tip and prys it between my nail and the dip on my nail then Rios it off. EXCRUCIATING! I thought maybe it was a mistake... I then proceeded to tell him that I had 1 broken nail that I may need a tip on. He basically ignores me and continues to RIP off the rest of my nails. I'm holding back tears it's so painful. He then starts chopping my nails off... COMPLETELY OFF! I nicely took my hand away and said I'm thats awfully short I want my nails longer and he relied yeah they will all be the same. And continued. He kept chopping my nails down and then 4 nails down asked do you want tip? I replied yes. I think i needed ONR because it was broken. He continues chopping all my nails. By the second hand I looked at my painful chopped up hand and said these are so short how can you even shape them? He said you can have tips. I reapplied i don't want tips. I want 1 tips for the BROKEN NAIL. he continues to chop my nails arguing that tips are just as good and will be great. I continued to tel him I don't like tips as he hacked the rest of my nails off. He kept strong arming me to try to force me into tips and I told him I don't want that and I didn't ask for that and I guess I would come back once I have nails again since he HACKED them all off. I held back tears and left fir my husband to go in and pay as I BALLED my eyes out in my car. 2 wrrks later my nails stil hurt from being PRYED off. There's irreversible damage. I'm in so much pain and can barely use my fingertips to hold things. The fact he felt comfortable still charging when I started crying and abruptly left. I cant even believe it. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER at any salon. And I have been around the US and to many...
Read moreBeen giving this nail salon multiple chances since it’s near my house and accepts walk-ins but i’ve come to the conclusion that this place isn’t worth the money, time, or energy. Their nails rarely last more than a week without lifting or suddenly needing to be filled. I end up having to take them off myself after 8/9 days. Once asked for someone who’s good with designs and the tech I was given didn’t even know how to do ombré, draw palm trees (had to request she redoes the palm trees 3 different times until we had a decent result), or draw birds (they looked like small m’s)… picture of the disappointment is attached. Another time was told by a gentleman that they don’t accept Amex because their “fees are too expensive” for the salon even though there were no signs posted stating they don’t accept Amex. Luckily I had cash on me. My last straw was when I was given to the nail tech, Mindy, who was so sick. She had a mask on but would cough profusely and at certain extents, LIFTED the mask from her face to cough all while working right across from me. Guess who got sick 2/3 days later? Me. I told Mindy that I have Colitis, health issues, and that i’ve been unable to work for the last 2 months due to my health issues yet she had 0 care for my health or anyone else’s when it came to her needing to cough. Now I have to go an even longer time without working due to being sick since my immune system is already weak meaning i’ll take an even longer time to recover after FINALLYYYYY being “healthy” enough to leave my house. Mindy was praising me for being so caring & mature based on what I do/did for a living and now I clearly see why she felt that way, she is the complete opposite. The owner is so sweet and does a great job doing nails, everyone else? Reconsider who you hire based on morals and skills. Their #3 pedicure is definitely recommended when done properly and not in a rush to get to your...
Read moreI had a really disappointing experience here. I’ve been going to this place since January 2025, same tech and always had a good experience. I went out of the country, had surgery and sadly had to remove my nails. I got them done where I was staying at and they didn’t do a good job. I came back to see my regular nail tech and I’m not sure if he was having a bad day or thought I switched him to a different nail place, but he decided to charged me $75 without even explaining it to me first. The nail tech offered to reshape my nails and asked if I wanted a new set, but I clearly said just to fix one nail that looked really bad and that the rest would grow out and be fine. When I went to pay, I was shocked to see I was charged $70 for a full set—plus $5 for reshaping—despite their website listing builder gel full set at $55. I got a pedicure too and with tip, my total came to $135.
I called to ask why I was charged for a full set I never received, and they said that the nail tech spent a lot of time reshaping my nails and only offered me a $5 credit.
Then, a couple days later, one of the nails broke, so I went back in to get it fixed. After checking my number, they sat me with a different tech. Before she could even finish, someone else came over and applied the polish. When I said thank you and was ready to leave, they told me I owed $8 for the repair—unless I had gotten a full set (which I was wrongly charged for a couple days before!). The original tech shouted something across the salon, and they waived the charge.
Overall, I left feeling confused, frustrated, and taken advantage of. I value honesty and consistency, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I won’t...
