Honestly I never write negative reviews because I understand that things go wrong at times and that’s okay. I used to work at a coffee shop when I was younger and understand the hustle and bustle. However, I guarantee you I would’ve been fired from my coffee shop if I continued making the same exact mistake every single day. I go here for an iced coffee almost every single day and 2 out 4 times it is missing the CLASSIC SWEETNER. My order is extremely basic, it’s literally just an iced coffee. I’ve been told numerous times that it automatically comes with sweetner, but to be on safe side I still always ask for it when placing my order. And literally half the time it is missing….. and then we have to hold up the drive through line to get sweetner on the side and mix it in the car. I would love to not have to hold up the drive through line for sweetner daily. There are times I’m in a rush and just take it and go, only to realize when I get home that there is no sweetner…. the ONLY reason I spend $4 a cup on coffee is because I like that sweetner, so it’s literally a complete waste of money when its always missing. I can make that same cup of coffee at home with no sweetener. I’ve spoken to the staff numerous times and they said they will make sure to remind everyone else… and here we are again a few days later, dealing with the same exact issue….can someone in Upper Management please speak to the employees to let them know that classic sweetner automatically comes in all iced coffees (unless someone asks to remove it). That is literally your store policy. I used to go to the Starbucks on BBD and I’ve never had this issue but we recently moved and this is the closest one. I really hope you understand that I’m not coming from a rude place just really really frustrated at how often...
Read moreI am BLOWN AWAY at the experience i just had here! Go to the drive thru and order a grande triple mocha frappuccino. The barista replies "Sorry ma'm, that's been discontinued." To which i reply "Are you sure? I just ordered one two days ago." And she says, "Yes m'am, it was discontinued because we no longer get the cream thats required for it, and that's basically what you are paying for." And i'm clearly staring at it on the board so i ask "So then why do you still have it on the board?" Which she answers, "Well, because it's Starbucks. That's how they do things." I swear, I drove away absolutely confused as to what had just happened. And i needed to verify if my FAVORITE Starbucks drink indeed just got discontinued since 2 days ago when i last ordered. Call up Starbucks Customer Service, to which they didn't even bother to ask my name, the location of where this happened, nothing. Tell me that she gave me false information and the triple mocha frappuccino is still a part of their menu. I didn't even get so much as a soncere apology. You know, for as expensive as this company is, they could really use better Customer Service for their clients! I wasn't expecting anything free but hell at least offer me an apology! And if your employees don't have knowledge of the products they sell, maybe they shouldn't work there. So irritated! Definitely lost a customer. Better off supporting a...
Read moreAbsolutely the WORST experience. Decided to go inside instead of waiting for the 15+ cars in line - that was the 1st mistake. Ordered 1 coffee and then waited…. It was super LOUD in the store, I could hardly stand inside while waiting. After waiting 20 minutes and NO sign of my simple coffee being made by anyone - I asked the cashier for a status?? She asks other staff and they start looking for the sticker/ticket. They clearly had it since I was given the water I o asked for as well- low and behold, it was made but put near the drive through orders?? Shift supervisor starts telling me that there was no name on the cup, I said that wasn’t my problem. She then has to remake the drink since it was sitting around too long. EXTREMELY long - remember the decision to go inside? I look outside and see the truck who would have been in front of me (if I stayed in the car) go through the drive thru window and drive away. And then another car. I ask for the manager and there isn’t one? Shift supervisor finally remakes the drink finally. NOT EVEN an I’M SORRY!!!! At the very least, offer to also give me the drink you threw away, or better yet - how about refund the $6.15 for the Problem and waste of customer’s time THEY CREATED. 28 minutes for 1 latte drink. Nowhere on the receipt to complete a survey about my visit,...
