I was very excited to see that a Pizza Hut was opening up just a few miles away from where I live and my two hungry boys were looking forward to having pizza on our Friday night.
I called to place my order with the staff at this location and was told that they don't deliver to our location. Then he told me he will try to place the order within the system to see if he could get me the delivery option "BUT it will be Cash Only because with exceptions like this they can't take credit cards". It sounded sketchy to me but I had cash anyways so it wasn't a problem. After giving my order I was told that the delivery went through and it will be 45 minutes till I received my order.
After waiting an hour I decided to call the location for a status update on my order. The guy that answered the phone said that his computer was running slow so he will forward my call to the manager but I was routed to a call center where the lady continued to tell me that I wasn't in the delivery area. After taking the time to try explain the situation to her, she just continued to say that I wasn't in the delivery area. Then she tried to tell me that not all Pizza Huts are owned by the same corporate company, so maybe the order was placed at another location. Ok, but how do you have my information when I have never placed an order with Pizza Hut to my home address... And of course her only reply was you're not within our delivery area...
Not only has Pizza Hut lost my business on a personal level but they have also lost my business with the $200 a month I spend on my employees on a monthly basis.
If you live in the 54 Wesley Chapel area you should really order from Bosco's Pizza. They are locally owned, the pizza is great and the garlic knots should be considered a schedule one controlled substance with how good they are. Sorry I didn't order from them tonight but I won't make that...

I ordered on the website, and got the whole wrong order delivered. When I called about it, the lady knew who I was as she immediately asked if I was calling about said order. She said she was the manager, and could not get my food delivered to me. I told her I was working and couldn't pick it up, and asked for a refund. She became VERY rude, told me I cant get a refund and hung up in my face. I called back and twice she picked up the phone and hung up. Third time she answered and said she does not have to do this with me. When I asked her name she said it's none of my business and don't worry about it, I cant report her then hung up again. I called back 17 times between 2235 and 2300, to be completely ignored. This is outrageous. For a manager to behave this way and treat people like this over the phone and behave like a child is absurd. This is NOT who you should have represent your store, or allow her to call herself a manager. Awful tone, awful customer service, awful everything! 0/10. Will NEVER recommend. And I still dont have my money back, over $50 worth of food! Smh wonder if they have my info to call me tomorrow as she never got that from me and the delivery address is...

This is a BRAND NEW Pizza Hut and the only one in Wesley Chapel that delivers to my house. First time ordering from here and my boyfriend went to pick the pizza up just to get home and find out our pizza is NOTHING of what we asked- no garlic crust and cheese was not cooked all the way..... we then call the store to tell them and a VERY RUDE employee, BIANCA was her name, answers and we asked for a manager. She then says she needs a name, so we gave her our name... without putting the phone call on hold, she leaves the phone on so we could hear her yelling to her manager, ā there is some random person on the phone and wonāt give me their nameā... after we just gave her a name? how Unprofessional and horrible customer service Bianca has. Manager gave us a credit. THEN, we order Pizza the next night and use our credit, to find out the manager never even put it in for us. Show up to pick up the pizza and no one greets my boyfriend... but there is an employee standing sort of near the computer ON HIS PHONE texting .. & the pizza tasted uncooked and gross. I CANNOT believe the only two experiences at this new location, and we will not be back to...
