Gonna China — Restaurant in Florida

We ordered 4 plates of food. Everything tasted old.The rice had no flavor. The chicken and broccoli was tastless. Even the egg roll was bad. I called to complain and asked for the manager. The cashier replied the manager is never here and refused to give me his name. She was not professional and kept arguing with me. She told me that no one else complained. She insisted that we bring the food back before she could do anything. At first I just wanted to let her know she needed to check the meats because they tasted old but since she was so nasty I demanded a refund. I explained to her that we have a business as well and don't treat our customers like that. We drove the trash back to her. After this experience I would recommend you stay away!!! The management of this place during Covid have setup everything to take care of them and do not have any concern for the customer.

Cmon really they have tongs to take the slips from you they sanitize after you hand them your signed receipt etc.. meanwhile one pen is out for everyone to sign. For take out, no sanitizer after you have to use their 1 pen. When confronted about looked at me like I was crazy. Take care of your customer show them you care put sanitizer out, put pens clean and dirty for signing, how about 1 thing this place NOTHING. They don’t care what happens to you don’t give them Covid however. No more I’m not going anymore. Every where else has done these simple things, a year later and still they don’t care...

My first time stopping in here to grab takeout, and the lady who wears a hat and takes the orders super rude for no reason. I paid cash for my order and I guess I was supposed to get a ticket when I came back she called out my order and she said what did you get so I list of my order and she said where’s your ticket I said well I just paid you cash you never gave me one and she just rudely, gave me my food. Keep in mind. I just ordered my food 15 minutes earlier with her and gave her a tip. I’m like did you forget who you Serviced 15 minutes prior. I’m sure the business won’t care about this review because it looks like the owner says that’s how she is. Just not a good look, and do better. I’ll definitely Gonna China...
