Spent over 6 weeks looking for a replacement car. We had a very specific model in mind.

CMC wasn't coming up on searches until one day they dropped the price about $3k below market value on a 535 x drive.

I was first disappointed to discover one of the headlights wasn't operating properly and had an error. I went in to say I'll pass (due to the light), they said light part is already on order.

I said call me when fixed they said out put down a refundable deposit if your serious.

I did they fixed, we picked up the cat today.

They don't pressure wash and armor all the engine compartment so you can see what you're getting.

Very laid back guys nearly zero pressure sales tactic. I took the car on nice long test drives and able to run complete scans on my own nobody hovering.

The lot was packed they had a lot to choose from. They have a shop on site for minor repairs to fix a car before selling and have a "we pay half" policy for drive train malfunction within 30 days. (better deal than 95% off used dealers).

Any car sold by any dealer can break don't be turned away from a 4 yr old review from bad luck. Used cars don't come with factory warranty.

Tell them awr sent you. Bring a scanner to check out the car you are interested in, they are super friendly and I feel lucky I find this dealer after about 2 months of searching.

There was one other problem with this cat I noticed (leaky trunk seal), and they were instantly responsive, saying "that's a known issue with that model we will fix that too".

They have a family owned feel and definitely made us feel like extended family for literally our biggest purchase ever. It took over two weeks with parts shipping start to finish and no pressure the whole time even after the part was in we had a delay on our side due to out of town work and a federal bank holiday.

Zero sense of frustration and always smiles from anybody there.

I purchased my 2012 Volvo S60 T6 R-Design in April 2018. This family-owned business is fantastic. When things appeared to go south shortly after purchasing the car (they had only had possession of it for about a week after they bought it at auction) regarding a failed headlamp assembly, punctured rim and low oil and mm brake levels, they went out of their way to make us whole and was able to accommodate my wife with a BMW loaner while all the repairs were done while I was traveling for work. They did not charge me a dime. Billy knows cars extremely was well and was easily to debunk all the up-selling and unnecessary repairs my local Volvo dealership tried to throw at me when I took it there first, not thinking to try calling Classic Motorcars first.

Billy was hyper responsive, able to diffuse my temper in a calm way why, extremely resourceful in being able to explain the root causes while explaining his approach to the fixes. Sam was great, too. Billy even brokered a meeting between me and Ultimate Rides in Oshkosh for a continued issue with the headlamp assembly and ballast corrosion...again, no charge.

The headlamp assembly along with all the other repairs have held up nicely since then.

I don't know of any other dealer that would bend over backwards for their customers and go out of the way to help their customers the way Classic Motorcars did. I'm glad I stopped in one day and made this purchase, even if it was a little rocky at first. Highly...
