I'm only giving them a 1 star as 0 stars wasn't an option. These people are a scam. Do not buy from them. They are deceptive, dishonest, and not dependable. I called on behalf of my dad, and was transferred to the owner, as nobody else would call back. They want to then charge you $60 to have one of their people come out to do any repair just to come out. When I questioned it they told me it's in the contract. He didn't unfortunately see that when he signed. When there is an issue, they said they are dispatching an armed guard, and it sometimes has taken over an hour to get to my dad's home. I know for a fact the police would come much faster than this where he lives. He was tricked into signing a contract that was longer than he thought it would be unfortunately and now there is no way to get out of it. I had been with MAC for 7 years. I recently deleted landline service and needed to communicate with them by internet only. When I contacted them they said they first needed to find out what equipment I had. After 3 weeks with no monitoring service or response from them, they mailed me an estimate to replace my equipment with the EXACT SAME equipment I currently had for $424. When I questioned them why did they do this they had no answer. They knew exactly what equipment I had thinking I wouldn't check it out. At that point I wanted nothing to do with them so I cancelled service and went with GEO Arm using the same equipment for $8 per month. They refused to refund me the 11 months of unused service.
