Subway — Restaurant in West Allis

Ordered my food on the app and gave them over half an hour in advance to make my food. I got there and was told that the location didn't make seafood salads. And i was wondering why if that was the case why they didn't call and ask me what other salad i wanted. They had none of the rest of the food made when i got there and when i told them what replacement salad i wanted i asked if there was a price difference (because if i overpaid then i wanted the price difference back) and the worker told me "well you already paid so it doesn't matter" so i said "well if i overpaid then i want to know so i can be refunded the price difference" and he then said " well we don't have that salad so how am i supposed to know" this wouldnt be a problem if i hadn't already paid for the seafood salad on the app. Not to mention the fact that i ordered extra spinach on a sub and they didn't put any on it. Altogether, if you don't have the product, call the customer. Make the rest of the food ahead of time, because when someone places an order ahead of time they want it when they get there. And when someone asks a question about price difference, do you research and answer instead of saying it...

The quality of the subs has gone way down since the new owners took over. They have gotten very stingy on the cheapest of ingredients. On my half sub they put 6 pieces of spinach, 4 pickles and about 7 lettuce shreds that did not even go to the end of the bread. Also, the sub I paid for was supposed to have extra provolone, and it did not. If I pay for a complete sub at the higher prices you set, I deserve to at least have enough veggies to fill out my sub and the extra cheese I paid for. You have now lost a years...

I'm not from the area, stopped here on my lunch break and ordered my sub only to find out they don't except bills over $20....I didn't have my debit card this particular day and had two $50 bills....I was turned away by the shift manager saying her manager would be mad if she accepted the $50 bill.
