Had another great series of experiences @ Wayside Antiques! 1st visit back since the onslaught of COVID-19 was on July 1st. My husband & I found several lovely things including a carved wooden cedar lined chest, a lovely large lidded crock, a set of 6 Japanese plates (that match my antique tea set), a open woven wood potpourri box, and a beautiful small green pitcher. I saw a tea pot that I forgot to buy. I returned with my sister-in-law on July 3rd & bought some more nic-nacs but forgot to get the teapot. Just went back again with my husband to buy the tea pot and bought a small blue medicine bottle & large open top crock to use for glove storage. Prices vary and the same booth can have a inexpensive item and an expensive one with many options in between. There a wide variety of choices that vary in age and credit cards are excepted. The second and third floors have furniture of all shapes and sizes. There are typically many dining set and display cabinet choices. No one knew anything about the clock and it was priced high. Wasn’t going to purchase it because they did not assist me at all to see if it runs! Poor...
