We had a video surveillance system, intercom system and security system installed in our building by Electronic Security Group. Bob and his team are very professional, neat and clean. They did an incredible job installing the system (even dealing gracefully with issues that arose when installing wiring around unseen impediments in the walls.) They thoroughly explained how to use the system, answered all of our questions (and we had many), and made sure everyone was happy with our new security system. They went out of their way to help us - even after the installation. Electronic Security Company is a knowledgeable, top-notch security company. The system they designed covers all of our safety and security needs and leaves room for expansion and updates well into the future. When Bob and his techs arrived at my house to install my house alarm, they were on time, polite, professional and hardworking. Just upgraded my camera security system in the apartment building I manage and the results are great. We added more cameras and upgraded to a mega pixel system. The clarity and coverage is great. I am able to utilize the recording and activity to find problems in the building before they get out of hand and then utilize the results in court as necessary. It is such a time saver over the old system of rewinding and forwarding.
