Beltone hearing aids are awesome! I hear better than I have for years. Have been wearing Beltone aids since 2015!!! And the service I receive is close to home and regular appointments! Cathy is amazing. She offers such personalized service to help me navigate wearing the aids and keeping them in clean and tiptop working order ! She is so kind and listens to all my concerns about wearing the hearing aids. It was even more helpful during covid when we had to wear masks and I have glasses, too (so had a lot going on behind my ear!). Cathy is professional, caring and always thorough. My father has been dead for 9 years now. My mother keeps getting things in the mail for him to come in for a hearing checkup. She has stopped by several times over the last 9 year to inform you but she is usually met with a locked door. If someone hasn't been to you in several years is it really necessary to keep sending things to them?
