Cotton Creek Mill — Local services in West Branch

I’ve been to this shop 3 different times .. I’ve had the same experience all 3 times.. they take more interest in the customers that frequently shop at their shop.. ( I’m an observer I watch everything that goes on around me ( military training) the patrons that frequently shop they know by name and chat a long time with them (thus not helping other customers)) 1st time I thought no it’s just my imagination.. went back a 2 Nd time happened again ... thought ok everyone has a bad day right? Tried a 3rd time same experience.. You don’t get the feeling your welcome at the shop more like your in the way.. please don’t tell me when you comment it’s not your normal attitude because 3 different times and I experienced the same attitude lack of interest and unfriendliness all 3 times. Please don’t say you will see me next time ... 3 times is a charm ... I won’t be back ... I also tell all of my Quilting friends my experience and that I don’t...

I brought a large group of quilters and they had conned off the parking in front of the store for my bus. Very nice! They have a great selection of fabric and patterns. Staff on the floor was very helpful, but the one cashier seemed to be more concerned about her checking out system, than customer service. There was a long line and she turned down every offer for help. This made us late for our next stop. However, if you are shopping with just friends or family than put this shop into your gps. Absolutely beautiful shop in a cute little town. They have lots of fabrics and anything you could need for quilting. The owner ( A fellow Buckeye) was so nice, and makes you feel so welcome.
