Subway — Restaurant in West Branch

Worker dustin was anything but friendly. I could hear him yelling at a younger girl in the backroom. (she couldn’t have been older than 15) Then when he came to take out the trash he split the tips between himself and a different co-worker, then turned to me and began complaining about the younger girl in the back. Saying she wasn’t getting any tips from the tip jar because she was having a bad day so she wasn’t doing much. Then went on to complain about subway and how everyone has to do their part, but when I was at the BP I saw him and the other worker standing outside beside a wall (which i assumed was to stop the younger girl from seeing them). As he kept going on the younger girl walked out and turned back around as she knew dustin was speaking negatively about her, but he kept going. I stuck around a little longer and saw the girl interacting with customers. She was super polite and never raised her voice, unlike her...

Not good when the server just got done licking his fingers, then wipes his hands on his pants, then tries to make your sub before washing his hands. That's flat-out gross! What's the point of hand washing signs and steps if you're not going to do it in the first place? Makes you think about what they're doing when you're not watching! I even had to ask him to wash his hands before touching the food, he then said "yeah sorry, not something you think about you know?" Then washes his hands and touches the sink while waiting for the paper towel to dispense. Insane. I come here a lot, this is going to make me second guess...

They oviously need better training. I know they just opened so i will guess it is improper training. My daughter went up took almost 1/2 hour to make 2 6 inch subs. She said no one seemed to know what they are doing. I got a 6 in steak and cheese. Very little meat on my sandwich and part of it was gristle and rubbery. My bread was either over toasted or stall. Almost 3 inches of it was unedible. And i wanted mayo but not doused in it that is the only thing that you can taste. I will wait a few weeks and try again. Hopefully they will be...
