I thought Lynette Rice was my primary care provider. So when my body started behaving badly I thought my PCP was the person to call. I made the appointment on mychart and I wasn't feeling the best so I quickly wrote back pain. I told her nurse I knew she couldn't address all my concerns today, but I was hoping Lynette could help me figure it out. I was hoping to just get started. Maybe get some referrals. Lynette came into the room, and said she couldn't help me with everything, I made my appointment for my back. I said I completely understood, I would come back again. She the repeatedly said I needed to pick one. She only has 30 minutes. I said forget it and walked away. After reading her notes in my records she implied I was late. Literally have been going here since 2004. 4 of my children were born at Mercy in Iowa City and all have grown up under the care of Mercy West Branch their entire lives. LOVED everyone here. Until Novak (most amazing Doctor ever) retired and was replaced by Dr. Rice. Some then it has been absolute HELL gettinf meds or just about anything done. Katie Md everyone else are still AMAZING.
