These guys are shysters and are con artists when it comes to selling basic phones. I guess they saw me coming. Word to the wise - do not do business with these disreputable fast talkers who have no respect for the people in the community. They treat everyone that walks into their business like an object to be swindled. One minute they're sweet talking you and the next they're hanging the phone up on you.

I'm wondering if this business is actually a front for some other enterprise? They're certainly lacking on scruples and basic understanding of the business principle of working with the customer to retain their business and to treat the customer fairly. They don't want your repeat business - just the sell. They really don't care about the customers that walk through their door - if they did I would be able to get my money refunded from this awful service.

I will contact my bank and get an investigation going to have my monies refunded. Lesson learned - watch who you do business with in the community.
