I didn't have the best experience with Mr Fernando. He was very attentive when the transaction included payment, as soon as no payment was involved I got no response. He was a no show to one appt and today he arrived almost an hr late with no apology. He was to change the tape in the recorder since last year. I drive 2hrs and arrive on time and he claims he was on another job but had no latter to fix a camera. I would reach out to him and he'd only speak to my realtor who was who referred him to me. I am the property owner and found this extremely disrespectful. It seems like he may not like to speak to women directly, but he has no problem collecting payment from women. Nonetheless I don't recommend him and I will never work with him...
