I bought a 2025 Sportsman masters from Tim last year. That side was fine. I had already owned a Sportsman before and loved the boat. However, my first trip to the coast i had rust on my trim tabs and drain ports. This was after 6 days in brackish water. I notified Mid-carolina marine. They did nothing. One year later, Sportsman contacted me about a survey and wanted a 5 star rating. I could not do this based on my experience with the boat and dealer. They agreed to address the problem as warranty. I was called and asked to drop off my boat to correct the issue. When i picked the boat up i was billed for an anode that would fix the issue. I called Paul but he would not call me back only email. He said they would not pay for the part or the install. They are not true to their word and i will not be back. I notified several other people who purchased boats from them. We all agree and will not be back. I drove 2 hours based on recommendations to buy the boat from them. Wish i had not.

Last month I purchased a Scout 21 XSF from Mid Carolina Marine. My sales rep was Billy McNair. This was an unusual boat purchase since I was 995 miles away. Billy arranged a FaceTime review of the boat over lunch and showed me everything that I needed to know. Communication with Billy was excellent. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready for when I drove down from Wisconsin to pick up the boat. The boat was shrink wrapped well. This is probably the best shrink wrap job that I have every seen and it held up well for the 995 mile trip back home. The yard crew was excellent.
