If you have a more complicated job than just throwing a box in a trunk, look elsewhere!!! Very sloppy. Had then install a sub in my truck and wanted to make it look factory and replace the existing factory sub. First time they left the other sub and basically did exactly the opposite of what I asked. They did fix it the next day, but then said they couldn't bolt the amp down behind the seat, but it wouldn't move. Of course it stopped working within 10 miles. Because there is a ton of room behind the seat, they just didn't take the extra 2 min to unlatch the seat. Very unprofessional job. Trim peices didn't fit back, just sloppy. Wound up having to redo the entire job myself, including mounting the amp. (which they said was impossible. Took me 5 min) And come to find out they scratched up my amp really bad. Called for a quote on an install.Told them I would provide all of the equipment, if I could just get a rough estimate because I live 45 minutes away.He insisted I would have to bring the vehicle by so they could look at it. To which I told him it was a stock 13 Challenger and I would provide all the necessary equipment. People don't have 2 hours to waste driving for an estimate.He could have been a little more kind and coonsiderate. Terrible service, I called for a week straight trying to get my radio put in and they told me they didn't have the part for my car. I asked them to order my part and called back 3 days later and they told me they didn't even have it and to go to broad river. The worst most rude customer service iv'e ever received and i'll never go here or recommend anyone to ever go here again, I got my radio put in by another company the same day within in 30 minutes of when i walked in the door and the guy worked with me and at least tried to get my part.
