Jason and his team at Greenberg’s Jewelers in Jordan Creek were amazing!
Jason and his staff were so very patient and helpful towards my fiancé and I in our process to find myself a men’s ring.
Greenberg’s men’s rings selection was top notch with many options to choose from.
Jason was very welcoming as we entered the store. He explained the different styles, metals, non-metals, and pros/cons to them all! We had visited two places prior to Greenberg’s and did not have the best experiences. The first place we went to the sales person tried to sell us the first ring we looked and was clearly just there to try and push a sale. The second place did not seem to have much information on men’s rings. Both selections of men’s rings from the store added up would only have reached a 1/3 of the selection Greenberg’s has to offer!
Jason was very knowledgeable of the men’s selections and never tried to push a sale allowing us to make our own decisions with plenty of information! I tried a few on (Jason even offered to clean my fiancé’s ring as I was trying on different rings) and it came down to two rings. Jason and his coworkers did not give their opinions of which ring they thought was best until the very end when we asked. Both their opinions happened to be in favor of the ring my fiancé and I were leaning towards. It was a done deal!
Jason submitted the order for a new ring to be sent and it came in less than two weeks! I am not sure if this is normal or not however the two places prior explained since my ring size was a 10 & the “display” rings were a 10, that they would not / might not be able to place a specific order for a new ring, and that I would have to buy that specific one in store. This gave us both a sense of ease and also excitement as this ring being sent in would be MY ring and not one people have tried on before.
Overall we want to thank Jason and Greenberg’s for our experience. He was so very patient, kind, and knowledgeable through this process! We will be sending anybody in search of a men’s ring to Jason @...
Read moreZERO STARS!!!! MADE ME BLEED! Absolutely horrible! If I could give this negative stars I would! What an awful experience. It was my first time getting my nails done in probably 8 years. I wanted a manicure and pedicure. 8 years ago I got gel nails. Like acrylic but only the tips are acrylic and the rest is the gel. I asked them if they do the gel nails and she said yes. Said I assumed she knew what I meant. Then she told me to pick out a color. I said no I want the French tip gel nails. She said ok. So she starts my manicure and kept asking me if I wanted short or medium nails. Short. I want sports style please. She kept asking me if I wanted my real nails. I had no idea what she was referring to. She started getting mad because I wasn't understanding her. She was jerking my hands around, being rough with the tools. Wouldn't respond when I apologized for not understanding what she's saying. She left me with 7 cuts! Way to ruin my mothers day gift!! Was not relaxing. She told me one price and then charged me way more at checkout. She didn't talk kindly or friendly to me the entire time I was for both the manicure and pedicure. She kept talking to her co workers in her language and when one coworker tried to come over to help me understand her she said something in her language and he left. Overall terrible terrible experience. I will NEVER go back and I wouldn't recommend it.
Despite the convenience to being in Jordan Creek Mall I wouldn't waste my time or money and would go somewhere outside the mall.
Oh as far as my pedicure, didn't scrub my feet one bit!!! I could have painted my own nails...
Read moreWORST experience ever! as soon as walked in and sat down, the old, skinny lady, with glasses, was extremely rude to my cousins and I. I had showed her what nails I wanted on my phone and she has said okay. I had grabbed the samples just incase I saw something I’d like better and she snatched them out of my hands and says she already has the color that was on the picture I showed her. I had let it slide. to continue, once she had started doing my nails she said that because “ they were long” it was an extra 5 dollars. I said okay. I realized while she’s doing my nails that they weren’t even long she kept filing them and the thumbs were way too short. I expressed my concerns and she proceeded to say that that’s how they’re supposed to be when I KNOW what my nails are supposed to look like. i’m almost positive that just so I could stop talking about my thumbs she said she’d take off 5 dollars for the length of my nails a “ holiday discount”, she said. yeah, okay. mind you, this is when my nails are already short. she had seen that i was upset and kept bringing up how she was giving me a good price. i had gotten almond shape nails with a sparkly tip. she said “ usually these would be 70 dollars because they’re ombré but i’ll give you holiday discount” I GOT SPARKLY TIPS NOT OMBRÉ. to add, one of nails looks droopy and it looks like a dinosaur tooth and i told her. she kept saying it’s my nail, that my nails is just like that. no, never have i ever had a droopy nail. her application was terrible. let me save you the time, don’t come here. terrible customer service and...
