Customer service has been beyond terrible to work with. I received an email at midnight telling me I had 141 points in my rewards that were about to expire. We went into the store the next morning and made a purchase. However, at checkout, the young girl told me I did not have any points. I showed them the email, however the employees, including the “manager”, were clueless as to what to do about the issue. So they wrote down a customer service email for me to contact someone about it. This is where it gets fun….. took me sending a couple emails about a week apart before I ever received a response. The response was something along the lines of, my points expired, so that is why they are gone, but they were going to make it right and reissue them. Ok, I log into my account and all I see are ### where my points should be. I emailed them back telling them this, but again took a couple emails and a week later to get a response. When they finally respond this person says something about, “I can see them on my end” with a screen shot of 141 points and says they have IT looking into the issue. I said, “well I’m not going back into the store and wasting my time again until I can see them in there. Also, you only issued the 141 points, i told you i returned the next day and earned another 40-some points, so the balance is wrong. Please let me know when this is corrected.” Of course it’s been another week and I’ve since reached out to follow up on the issue with no response. Also, absolutely no phone number can be found anywhere for this place as far as...
Read moreI have visited Lolli and Pops three times, and I have found something I loved every single time. I love the HUGE selection of candy, drinks, and snacks here. I also love that if you want to try any of the candy before you buy it, you just have to ask and they will give you a sample.
Now, know that since it's a specialty store inside a mall, the prices are going to be higher than if you are buying candy from another store. But I would argue that in my experience, the increase in quality from Lolli and Pops, along with the expansive selection, makes the slight mark up in prices worth it.
I have tried their gummy bears, other gummy treats, and their gourmet (and giant) peanut butter cups. I LOVE their cocktail inspired gummy bears. If you like them, I highly suggest buying the refillable gummy bear. Not only is it better for the environment, but it gives you half off your refills FOREVER. Yes, FOREVER. It's great.
If you love sweet treats,...
Read moreAt first i was really enjoying the environment on the place but then a larger gentleman with a scruffy dark beard came to assist me… right away i could tell something was up because he was looking at me and my 14 daughter weirdly when we entered. I didn’t know if he recognized one of us from somewhere but neither she or I recognized him. He walked us over and opened a tub for my daughter to try some candy and he dropped it on the ground. He still gave it to my daughter and insisted of the “5 second rule” and pressured her into eating gummies that had touched the nasty floor. Safe to say I felt this guy was the Willy Wonka from hell. Will not...
