Jordan Creek Mall is probably the best mall in Iowa that I've ever been to. It is pretty huge, and the lighting and atmosphere is so pleasant, and feels like how a fun mall should feel, especially during Christmastime. I have so many great memories of this mall, and every time I come to this mall, I have a great time. You may have trouble finding a parking spot, so I'd recommend going here on the weekdays. But it's worth the trouble of finding a spot. This mall is pretty amazing. This mall includes a terrific movie theater, with an arcade, the always delicious Cheesecake Factory, and Cold Stone Creamery, as well as Panera, and a food court with a mix of other delicious and diverse food. There are many good stores that cover your needs of finding awesome items in a diverse mix of almost every category of shopping. The mall smells like a fantastic mix of Abercrombie cologne and food court pizza. I will forever miss all of the good times I have had here, and will always have new memories to update the experience with, and I always look forward to new stores that are coming in, just as some of my favorites leave, such as F. Y. E., which held some of my favorite well priced nerdy items, and entertainment items that were pretty damn cheap, with an awesome staff that was always there. As corny as it sounds, I will always miss that store, and no other F.Y.E will...

It's by far the best mall in the Des Moines and surrounding South central Iowa locations.it movie theater is the cleanest, well managed with only Altoona's on the other side of the Design Moines Area coming in a sharp second. The is two level hosting multiple shops with a little flaver for all. There is Barnes and noble, hot top, spencers, fossil, bath and body works, and of course The Apple store which seems to have the majority of customers walking through there doors besides for Sheels down the way with there two story sporting goods store. There is a nice food court by the movies, ice exam shop, and of course the cheese cake factory. You can take your kids to the play area by scheels after getting a famous build a bear and polishing of one of the many desserts they had by the food court.maybe get a special person a I'm thinking of you kind of gift at hallmark before you leave I gave 5 stars due to surrounding hotels, shops, restaurant's, and the lake walk being in very close proximity to the mall and quick drive access to valley west mall and the by pass to get to airport. It's not mall of America however it is a very friendly and appealing to the eye...
