Mattress Firm Jordan Creek — Hotel in West Des Moines

Horrible and disappointing customer service from this store. I purchased a mattress from the manager Tom and received a great deal that I was very happy with, even threw in free delivery, pick up of my old mattress and a frame. But that is where the great experience ended. First, my delivery date was messed up and I ended up having to drive to the warehouse myself to pick it up and move it up to the second floor of my apartment alone with my girlfriend. Next I was told I would receive a call within a few days to schedule a pick up of my old mattress. I waited an entire week with no call before I decided to call the store myself. A message was left for Tom and he finally called me the next day and schedules the date and time for the pick up of my old mattress. I was relieved to finally be getting the customer service that was promised to me and I was home at the time promised to await their arrival. I was home the entire 3 hour time block and no one ever showed up. The only thing this store did for me was take my money and leave the rest up to me. We were the only ones in the store, so it was a great one on one! We tried a few beds in the front room and realized they were more than we wanted to spend. Our salesman showed us the outlet room, and he never made us feel bad for not wanting to spend over a certain amount. Great experience, both gentlemen extremely polite, and I felt like they tried to connect with us through shared experiences.

I came back to edit. At the time of delivery, not at scheduled delivery, we were told they couldn’t take our old mattress due to stains and rips. We went over this with the salesman about 3 times to insure they would remove our old mattress otherwise we wouldn’t pay for delivery, and it was never mentioned that this was a policy. They are now coming back to remove it, but my husband had to make and receive several calls to get it...

I had no intention of picking up a mattress when I went there. I wanted to look at my options before I made a decision, however the customer experience and friendly nature as well as the competitive pricing (ask about the ones in the back room!). After talking with sales associate. I could not pass on the amazing deals. I left with 2 queen beds as well as two protectors for both. The beds I got had amazing quality and the features I was looking for. Definitely will have to go back soon because they also have a a few pillows I would like to learn more about and I am sure that the knowledgeable sales associate will be able to help me again.
