From the very first moment I interacted with Kelsey, it was clear that I was in the presence of someone truly exceptional. Her warmth, professionalism, and unwavering dedication set her apart from the very beginning, and every subsequent interaction only confirmed what I had already sensed: Kelsey is a rare gem.
What struck me most about Kelsey was her ability to balance competence with compassion. She’s not only incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, but she also takes the time to genuinely listen, understand, and respond thoughtfully. Whether it was a small detail or a complex issue, Kelsey approached it with a level of care and precision that is all too uncommon these days.
Her communication was always clear, timely, and effective. She had a remarkable ability to break down complex information into understandable, manageable parts without ever being condescending. It’s a rare quality—to be both an expert and an excellent communicator—and Kelsey embodies it effortlessly.
One of the things I admired most was her problem-solving mindset. Nothing ever seemed to faze her. No matter the challenge, Kelsey approached it with calm confidence and an optimistic can-do attitude that made those around her feel reassured and supported. She wasn’t just solving problems—she was creating solutions that worked well for everyone involved.
Beyond her technical or professional strengths, Kelsey’s personality is simply a joy to be around. She is kind, funny, humble, and completely authentic. It’s clear she brings her whole self to everything she does, and that genuine approach inspires trust and fosters strong connections.
In every possible way, Kelsey exceeded expectations. Working with her (or being helped by her) was not just a good experience—it was a great one. She left a lasting impression that I won’t soon forget, and I would enthusiastically recommend her to anyone who has the opportunity to work with or learn from her. She is, quite simply, the kind of person who makes everything better.
Thank you, Kelsey, for being such a remarkable human being. You’ve made a bigger impact than you...
Read moreWe came here from Texas while visiting family in the area to pass a few hours on a rainy day. It felt a bit pricey for the size (although it comparable to most other similar places). There was a military discount which helped a bit. Every employee we encountered was pleasant, there was one young woman (didn’t catch her name) that stuck with us over a few tanks that was explaining the different types of fish and their different individual personalities. She was very enthusiastic and made us feel like she truly cared about the fish. One of the employees pointed out to us the shark eggs that were in the tank-which was cool to see. We were able to go sit and feed the birds without much of a wait-the kids loved that. All of the reptiles we saw looked healthy and their habitats looked well maintained. The gift shop had lots of stuffed animals/toys, we probably would have purchased more if there were more clothing options. They did have cute stickers though, I’m a sucker for Christmas ornaments from places we visit, but didn’t see any while we were there. The stingrays weren’t feeling being touched, but I can’t blame them for that. We had a good time! Probably won’t return because we’re 8 hours away but will definitely recommend to our local...
Read moreI was visiting family in mid-June, and we came to see Blue Zoo on Thursday June 12, 2025. It was $135.52 for the 7 of us to visit, which I thought was a little high for the size of the place, but my kids enjoyed it. However, when I recevied my credit card statement, I noticed that they had charged me for admission twice ($135.52 x 2)! I called immediately and gave all my information, and was told that a manager would call me back the next day. That never happened. In fact I have called now 7 times, and sent a request through the website. Each time I have either left a message (3 times) or been told that a manager would get back to me asap (4 times). To this day, nobody from Blue Zoo has ever called me back! Now I am at the point that I am having to file a dispute with my credit card just to attempt to get rid of this double charge. All the while I am still paying interest on this charge. I am so angry with Blue Zoo and their lack of concern. I would like them to fully refund my trip, both charges of $135.52. I am sure that probably won't happen, as they don't seem very concerned about even refunding the extra amount they charged me. Hopefully my credit card company sees this and they will do the right thing. Shame on...
