Victoria Cleaners — Local services in West Des Moines

So at the beginning of August 2021 I took my wedding dress to get cleaned and boxed to Victoria Cleaners and was told it will take about a month. A month rolls around I called them and asked about my dress and they said they didn’t have it back yet. I’ve called them multiple times and nobody really knew anything. I called them today 10/22/21 because I still DON’T have my dress back and come to find out MY DRESS WENT HOME WITH A DIFFERENT LADY! Thankfully the lady brought my dress back to the store because it wasn’t hers but now I have to wait even longer for them to send it back to Minnesota to reseal it. I do NOT recommend Victoria Cleaners. Their WDM location has poor costumer service. Their manager misinformed me about their services. She had a bad attitude in general. Poor listening skills. Not someone that instills confidence and definitely not professionalism. VC returned my clothes with an overall bad smell and a broken button. I had some armpit smell in a couple of pieces, but still could wear my jackets. Knowing that you are supposed to have your clothing cleaned with frequency to avoid perpetuating the smell, I never thought that my clothes would be ruined with an overall bad smell. Stopped in here to pick up my clothes and the whole place smelled like cigarette smoke. Not like someone just came in from smoking. Full on the employee was smoking somewhere in the building, and its not a big building. She had her pack sitting on the counter.
