Went to purchase products for a friend. I saw price, took what I need and went to self service check out . After checked out, I noticed price is wrong so I went back to the shelf. Saw price, checked , took picture, went to customer service. Stood there for awhile because they are all talking. They noticed me but continued talking. Finally one person walked to cash register and asked if I have any return. I said â no, but I just bought these products but they are wrong price. I have picture to show of location/price.â She said âlet me check and I could do a return.â Another employees at the back who is standing against the wall said â It must be a wrong price because that shelf is always wrong.â So the 1st person took her word and told me âsorry nothing I can do.â I left right after this.
Do you see issues here? They only care about their conversation and donât want to accommodate a customer AT ALL. Donât even take time to check on a product and blame on whoever that manage a shelf. She only took a word from another person and seem like just want me to get out of their way. The store is a mess of every products on floor, in between shelf, in cart, etc. I understand products might put in with the wrong price but should at least make some effort to look like want to help a customer.
Itâs at least $40 a piece wrong price but I have no interested to deal with some employees who show no interest to help customer. Imagine in the opposite of you have a high price value product and customers buy them in the $40 cheaper price, how much loss you will have when you have employees who doesnât pay attention to items when they put on the shelf.    Read moreI bought an Ipad for thanks giving in deal, when I came home and opened it the product inside the box and specs mentioned on the box were different and Ipad looked like it was used as it had scratches and it didn't ask me for the usual apple start up. so I went back to the store to complain and return the product. Joe Manager yelled at me and behaved with extreme discrimination, Alicia another manager 'asked me to leave the store' they didn't gave me any options for returning the product, and Brooklyn security personnel and other guest services people pushed me out of the store. I was explaining them what happend and they don't want to listen to it or they don't want to help the customer, instead they pushed me out of the store. "Do you call this customer service ? ". They wanted me to go to apple corp, I made a call to apple corp as well as I went to apple store they denied of replacing it or making any changes to the purchase as I didn't buy from them. I complained to the target management and went again to this store with complaint number. as soon as I step in they don't even want to talk to me security personnel Brooklyn threatened me and pushed me out of the store. For the first time I felt like a cockroach and useless, I work in a reputed IT firm and I spent many hundreds of dollars at this target.
