I am a faithful customer and love the brand snd have spent a lot of money to wear their clothing, but I am sad to say I had my first bad experience with them today with the staff at Westfarms Mall. I was trying to make a return, one of which was a gift. First I was asking, “Is there anything wrong with it other than it’s super-wrinkly?” She called over her manager, who asked why the tags were removed—again, it was a gift.

Then, “It’s a final sale. You can’t return it.” I explained that it didn’t fit and if they could donate or even re-sell it (since it wasn’t worn), the manager looked at me as if I annoyed her and said, “No, you can donate it if you want.”

I totally get and understand a store’s policy for not taking back final sale items, but don’t make the customer feel embarrassed or wrong during the...

Terrible customer service. Just went to return an item I wasn’t supposed to receive and the girl with the orange hair tried to scam me. The product was worth more than what she was trying to give back to me and she thought she was doing me a favor by providing me with a $15 store card. This is a much bigger inconvenience. And top of that, she was huffing and puffing, threw the pants back at me, and walked away when she told me she did “everything in her power”. I don’t think she’s the manager…she could have called for a supervisor if she couldn’t handle her customer...

Love the clothes here! Technical but just as good for casual wear as for your workout. I even wear some pieces to work. Every stitch and seam has a purpose but the pieces are pretty too! and the best fit of any workout wear I've tried! The price is well worth it as they last and wear well. Plus, while they are on trend, they aren't fad-y, so you can wear...
