   Read moreI normally donât mind to use kiosk to order my drink, but today there were 2 girls who took very long time to order and I went to the front desk and the gentleman told me to use the kiosk, I look at him funny and said that it was occupied. He said that then I have to wait.
This is when I have a little problem. There were 2 of your team member and none of you canât help to take my order if I pay with credit card? I donât get it. So I just said that I donât want anything. He said âwe appreciated youâ but I heard behind my back that he said âhe didnât even want to wait!â

However, when I politely pointed out the error, the staff member didnât apologize and just walked away preparing correct drink. When I received corrected large size drink, I noticed it was missing the coconut jelly I had paid for, so I raised the issue again. Yet again, she failed to acknowledge my concern or offer an apology, simply correcting my drink without any communication. It's surprising how absent a simple "sorry" was from her responses.
