First off, the smoothie I ordered for myself tastes awful. I wish I hadn’t wasted the $5.00. What’s worse is that I ordered a small smoothie for my 3 very young children to share. When I ordered I asked the woman if I could get two extra cups to split the smoothie up amongst the kids. She said absolutely. However, the Asian woman who rung me out REFUSED to give me extra cups. She said “you ordered one smoothie, I cannot give you two extra cups. Those are $0.50 cents each!” I do not believe that she pays $0.50 per plastic cup, but whatever. I ordered two smoothies, not one. She didn’t care. She was extremely rude. I wish I hadn’t wasted a cent at this place and I certainly will NEVER go back. The smoothies aren’t even worth the money. All the low reviews bringing the numbers down, I think they must have been made during older management or something because honestly I think this place is amazing.

FINALLY a place that won't give me a disgustingly sweet or clunky smoothie that I throw out halfway because of how unappealing it is. It's delicious, it's fresh, not overly sweet. The ice cream is lovely too and the staff is friendly and efficient.

The ice cream is portioned a reasonable amount, when you ask for one small scoop on a cone, you get a small scoop on a cone and not some softball sized ball of diabetes that you know you're going to throw out a quarter of the way through.

I have been coming to this place multiple times. They the time their service is getting worse and their customer service too. Today i came to get ice cream for my grinds and i didn’t want my friends to pay so in advance i gave them my card , after sitting to have ice creams . the prism on the counter shouted come over you have to pay more , i said i gave you my card why you did not charge , she reply you said small , but we didn’t say which size just came her my card . she was so rude and was shouting , to the point she told me i am rude to my friends also . she was so nasty and unprofessional . was shouting in front of the others not recommending this place to any one because their ice cream is expensive comparing the...
