We had a wonderful first experience at Texas de Brazil! We had reservations at 5 on a Wednesday, unaware that they opened at 5. We were the first ones there. The waiter (Eddie) was awesome! He informed us of all the pertinent first timer info and we were on our way. This service was top notch. Plates handed to us, napkins refolded, he even covered my belongings with a cloth napkin so they wouldn’t get splashed with anything, I also think it was a precaution of leaving valuables unattended at a table while you go to the buffet. We started with the cold bar, they had a good variety and I would stay towards the charcuterie items which were excellent. Pineapple carpaccio with salami and balsamic, yesssss. Then we flipped our paper coins to green and the meat began. There were a few reviews saying that the gauchos were inattentive but we had an excellent experience. They kept coming one after the other. Want two slices? Ask. Don’t want a certain meat? Decline. Our favorite by far was the picana special. Honestly ruined me for beef for a while. Nothing compares. Heavily seasoned, fire roasted umami goodness. They also allow you to modify orders if you don’t want heavy seasoning or want your meat cooked a certain way but honestly if that’s the case, just stay home and cook yourself your own flavorless, well done meat monstrosity. Most of the meat was impeccably seasoned, and perfectly cooked. The house made sausage was delicious as well. We got mostly beef as we eat lots of chicken regularly and aren’t fans of lamb. The only improvements that I would like are more hot sides (they had scalloped potatoes, rice, beans, lobster bisque, and mushrooms) we would have loved some hot vegetables such as asparagus. Mashed potatoes and hot cinnamon sugar bananas served directly to table. Also I know it’s a steakhouse but some seafood would be good too. Shrimp or scallops. Or shrimp cocktail at the cold bar. And the pickled items were like straight vinegar minus picking spices. All in all we will definitely be back. Yes it’s pricey but you get what you pay for, and here you pay for the meat and the service. We will definitely be back. Probably for our anniversary or other special occasion. Great job Texas de Brazil and thank you for the excellent experience and hospitality!

I have always looked at Texas De Brazil as an amazing place to have a date, or a special occasion. The locations I've been to previously were nice, intimate, and quiet. The gauchos are polite, recognizing when you want their attention or not by respecting the red/green dot and repeating the meat choice if you couldn't hear. This location was not ANY of those things, I brought my partner(who has never been) and promised him a nice, relaxed, and intimate steak experience. We got to the location to notice it was attached to a mall and then went into the restaurant and found the music way louder than any of my other experiences. We continued and sat down, our waitress was AMAZING. She explained everything perfectly and we went to the salad bar, the salad bar was good as always. However the problem came when the gauchos started coming to our table repeatedly when our dots were not even flipped yet. They said the name of meats once(which wasn't even audible because of the music) and kept pressuring me and my partner to take some. This happened repeatedly with our dots never changing from red. When I flipped my dot to green the gauchos would get huffy to repeat what the meat was, and they would pretend that the entire table was green and try to offer it to my partner! This continued happening to the point our waitress even noticed something was wrong, my partner due to this pushy attitude didn't even get a single piece of meat(thankfully the waitress noticed and he wasn't getting meat so we only got charged for a salad bar only meal for him). We came here for the experience I've had at MULTIPLE Texas de Brazil locations, that didn't happen. I am thoroughly disappointed with this location and I do not know if I'll ever come back to texas de brazil ever again. Please fix this, I wasted 160 dollars at this location only to go to taco bell and get food after. I don't know if I'll even be able to get my partner back into Texas De Brazil at this point due this experience not lining up with what I had before.

First of all, thank you for taking such good care of such a ginormous group. May the 6 bless you for your awesome service. Our community was celebrating a huge day and memorial in our lives. We wanted to celebrate with a feast, and the Lord knows we did. The place is beautiful, clean, and represents well the service they aim to give. First, they accommodated a huge group like ours. WIN 🏆. Our servers (Eddie & Arianna M) and their team were top-notch. The selection of options of meats was amazing and delicious 😋. There wasn't a bad one. They offered to cook more to our liking if needed, which is a huge plus. Salad bar was delicious, and hot bar had these scalloped potatoes I absolutely loved. The mushrooms 🍄 were amazing, I really liked those. My husband loved the chimmichurri sauce. I love me a good dirty martini with extra olives and they delivered. Everyone raved about the wine 🍷. We have a sister that has food sensitivity, and they have an awesome assiance tool on their web page to help you know what you can consume according to what sensitivity or allergy you may have. It was really good for her. The dessert was delicious. We had the banana cream pie and key lime pie. The staff was super friendly, helpful, kind, energetic, efficient, and professional. Arianna helped us take pictures. Eddie was super cool and easy to talk to. The manager came over to check on our sister with the allergies and made sure everything was taken care of. They have definitely earned the business of our community and families. May the Lord bless your business, employees, and all who make it happen. Thank you for making this day complete for us all. Have a beautiful day

I NEVER write bad reviews! Sad this location has to be the first. I came in with a smile and LITERALLY asked if they could possibly fit in a table for 5. I saw that there was a big party coming in which is why I was so nice because you know they’ll be busy. BUT TOO BUSY TO SEE MORE PEOPLE…I don’t see how but ok. I’m in customer service so I know how hard it can be which is why I know for a fact I came in as polite as possible. Waste of time. Empty tables, not greeting guests, and telling a party of 5 there’s a 2 hour wait. RIDICULOUS. For the host to have to even look twice and go to the manager who obviously does not know how to MANAGE “a full restaurant” waving hands around talking about how there is no room and telling the host to go give the bad news instead of himself. Boggles my mind. I run a business so take note. With the amount of empty 4-Seater tables and the bar being COMPLETELY EMPTY. Offer to: -Join some of the tables together and accommodate -Accommodate the regular menu at the bar - Manager come to the party yourself and apologize for the inconvenience of driving that far for a place we’ve been to before and is NEVER FULL. CORPORATE and/or FRANCHISE OWNER also take note… -YOU ARE LOOSING OUT ON THE POTENTIAL TO MAKE MORE MONEY because your current management is awful and obviously isn’t helping to develop the rest of the team to problem solve and make simple decisions. Best of luck trying to grow your business, you lost a business bringing in new business.

5 Star Service!!! (Once we got past the Hostess) The Hostess asked is it our first time there, she we say “Yes”. And then she starts talking to the people behind me. She actually forgets about us, and seats the table with no reservation that came in after me. Another person came and sat us down. **My Waiter** Possibly the best waiter I’ve had at a restaurant. Thoroughly explained how the experience works, made sure we eat as long as we wanted. Checked on us enough but not too much. **Servers*** They were very nice and they quick. However there were so many meats the rotation of servers coming out wasn’t what I would expect. When one server comes out with something you like, you won’t see that item again for 10mins. ***The Food*** Good… Great… Interesting. They have MANY cuts of meat and Multiple different meats. So it’s animal fun. It’s not for the vegan at heart. Lamb was good however one preparation of it was extremely salty. While the other preparation was just right. The chicken was perfect. The fillet mignon was exactly what you expect. ***Salad Bar*** Exactly would you’d want if you eat salad. I don’t. ***Side Dishes*** Rice - Tastes like it’s from the Chinese Restaurant cooler. Whipped Potatoes- Perfect Idk- Whatever it was in the bowl. No thanks. They give you a lot of food, however I think I’d like another type of side dish. This wasn’t the best place to take pictures of my food. Due to the order delivery style.

My wife and I went because it was our 25th anniversary. My wife made reservations, and the process was extremely simple online. The staff is extremely polite. The food is absolutely delicious. The place was clean and a pleasure to look at with much elegance. They even gave us a complimentary Brazilian cheesecake for our anniversary. So why only 4 stars? Well, for starters, for such a very classy atmosphere in their decor, we could have done without the sports on TV and maybe had some piano music playing. Second, I am a 20-year sober alcoholic. The only non alcoholic brew they had was o'douls. With so many different styles out there (Athletic Brewing, Heineken 0.0, Guinness 0, Sam Adam's Just the Haze) to offer just O'douls is insulting. Third, I am also hearing impaired. And in a noisy restaurant, I can barely hear my wife even with my hearing aids. When they came around with the meat, they would tell you what cut of meat they had for you. The servers were so quiet that I had no idea what I was eating. Good thing it tasted real good. Fourth, the drink service was very slow. I could see the bar from my table. The bartender was not busy, and yet, to refill my wife's $10 drink took longer than it should. So, in all, it was a very pleasant experience with fabulous food. With some tweaks, it could be a 5 star experience. Until then, 4 will do.
