O'Reilly Auto Parts — Local services in West Haven

I had to have my headlight replaced on my 2018 Grand Cherokee Jeep. I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts in West Haven to get the bulb and possibly get it changed there. Frank the associate assisted me. He informed me that he wouldn't be able to do it only because it required taking the whole front piece off. Frank gave me some great information on what to do. I am writing this review because he was so awesome! He was friendly and knowledgeable and for a female not knowing too much about cars and relying on Google for alot of things. Hey so the other day I went in around 645 to buy some lights for my car. I was being helped by this gentleman named Brian. He was very helpful by the way but this lady I think her name was Susie or Suzanne seemed to be in a hurry. She said “ hey can you hurry up with the customer Brian I am trying to hurry up and leave to go home “ and mind you. I haven’t been in the store for no more than 2 minutes.
